This hotel exceeded our expectations! the location was perfect, with many attractions nearby. We loved the room's modern design and the high-quality bathroom amenities provided. the breakfast had a great variety of delicious foods. the staff was always attentive and accommodating, making our stay very comfortable. the hotel also had excellent facilities, such as a beautiful pool and gym.

The check-in process was slow and could use improvement.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of luxury and exclusivity. the indoor swimming pool with sun loungers made my stay even more relaxing, and the Spa & wellness centre provided excellent service. the private facilities in my room were exclusive and added to the overall opulence, while the bar/lounge area had a great atmosphere.

Although the service was excellent, the language barrier was a minor annoyance as some staff members struggled with English. this didn't detract from the wonderful experience I had at this hotel.

I enjoyed the comfortable beds and the fact that there is a shuttle bus available to a large event nearby. the staff was friendly and helpful, making sure my stay was enjoyable. the rooms were spacious and clean, giving me a nice place to relax after a long day out exploring the city.

One downside I experienced was the location, as it was a bit of a walk to reach any nearby shopping centers or restaurants.
